What is Plasma?
Plasma is the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid and gas. It is an ionized gas that becomes highly charged and penetrates deep into the skin to remodel and repair your skin from the inside out.
How does Jet Plasma Work?

The Jet Plasma Pen does not create any pain.
Therefore no numbing is required unlike Micro-needling and Fibroblast Plasma; where numbing cream is used with every procedure and helpful in reducing the discomfort during treatment.

You may have some slight redness for up to an hour, for very sensitive skin up to 24 hours.
Your skin may feel warm and tight for approximately 24 hours after your treatment.

Most clients see best results with a series of sessions based on their skin goals. Most see immediate improvement with their first treatment.
Jet treatments are recommended in a series of 4- 8 sessions depending on each individuals desired result.
It ultimately depends on the state of the clients’ skin and the desired degree of correction.
This is discussed in your complimentary consultation.Each session may be conducted once or twice per week.
You may address multiple areas during a single session; however, the same area cannot be treated more than once within that appointment.
Note: Jet Plasma treatments can be combined and completed on the same day before a fibroblast treatment to enhance the results and to achieve maximum results.

Jet Plasma results are impressive but should not be proposed as an alternative to surgery in cases of moderate to severe skin laxity. Only surgery can achieve these kinds of results.

Most see immediate tightening improvement along with cumulative improvements after 3 to 4 weeks, when the skin enters the third phase of the healing (collagen and connective tissue growth). You will continue to see results over the next two to three months in the appearance of saggy skin and laxity. In some cases it may require more than one session depending on the desired results. The number of procedures needed per person will vary according to the area being treated, skin laxity, and the individual’s age and response to the treatment. The results of the Jet Plasma Pen treatment are permanent and may be visible for up to 3-5 years.
However, we are clear to acknowledge that the aging process is continuous and the skin ages every day after the procedure. This cannot be stopped.
When speaking about common facial lines known as worry lines, these may recur quickly because muscles are stronger than the skin and consequently, the lines recur. Average results last from 1 to 3 years.

PRE-CARE
It is always important to take care of our bodies and keep ourselves in the best of health. However when pre-pairing for any medical procedure we should take extra care. That goes for all Pre Plasma Pen Treatments. We ask that you drink plenty of water, refrain from smoking and alcohol. Get plenty of rest and come with a clean face and no jewelry.
POST-CARE INFORMATION:
There is no downtime. “Downtime” is very subjective. What you think “looks bad” and/or is “uncomfortable” can be very different from someone else’s perception.
You can expect to see and feel the following.....
• Slight Redness for up to an hour or for very sensitive skin 24 hours
• Slight tight feeling for the first 24 hours
Please be aware that the days indicated are simply guidelines for average healing time. Healing time and results may be negatively compromised by not following the after care protocol: this can also extend your healing time and negatively affect your results.
POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS:Following each treatment, due to the channels in the skin being open, It is important that nothing is applied to the skin for 12 hours other than what your skin care professional applies to your skin.
Instructions will require abstaining from all of the following activities for a duration of 12 hours:
No makeup can be worn after the treatment for 12 hours.

No Steam Room
No Sun Tanning
No Tanning Bed
After 12 hours you can resume your normal skincare routine and life style
